The Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) department provides centralised IT & MMEx support services for KAMS and its Member Services across the Kimberley region.

Help Desk

The team are on hand to provide on-the-spot technical advice and to help fix general ICT issues from Monday to Friday.

Open Hours: 8am to 4:30pm.

  • Maintain the core technology infrastructure for all supported sites.
  • Manage a stock centre for endorsed ICT equipment.
  • Provide helpdesk services for MMEx and IT support requests.
  • Provide development and data services support for MMEx projects.
  • KAMS ICT monitor critical infrastructure across more than 25 sites across the Kimberley.
