This year's theme was Courageous Leaders in the Making, Voices of Tomorrow.
The SEWB Regional Forum brought together workers, leaders, young people and community from across the Kimberley for a powerful few days of connection, learning and coming together. Overall, we had over 70 people attend this year.
Throughout the SEWB Regional Forum, we created space for honest conversations, shared experiences, cultural learning, and building stronger relationships across the SEWB sector. It was a reminder of the strength, talent and passion we have right across the region.
A big thank you to our key speakers — Nolan Hunter, Rising Young Leaders & High Potential students, Strong Spirit Strong Mind Aboriginal Program, Marinwartikura/Big Swun, Cecil Stone on men’s health, Kimberley Support, Joyal from AHCWA, KMHDS, and Jeff with Culture Care Connect. Each speaker brought strong messages, insight, and heart to the SEWB Regional Forum.
The SEWB team received great feedback and looks forward to continuing to work together.
