Diann Britton

Director representing BRAMS

Diann (Di) Britton is a respected Aboriginal community leader and Board Director based in Broome in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. She currently serves as a Director of Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services (KAMS), Kimberley Renal Services (KRS) and Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS), bringing strong operational and governance expertise to her Board roles.
 
Di is the Chief Operations Officer of Kullarri Regional Communities Indigenous Corporation and has extensive experience overseeing programs focused on employment, training and community development. She previously worked with the KAMS Aboriginal Community Controlled Registered Training Organisation (ACCRTO) as an educator and administrator, giving her a strong understanding of workforce development pathways and the systems that shape Aboriginal participation in education and employment.
 
Diann brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to governance, with strengths in operational oversight, service sustainability and enterprise development. Her leadership is grounded in collaboration, accountability and a strong commitment to culturally safe, community-led services.
 
As a Board Director, Diann contributes to strategic decision-making that supports strong governance, workforce capability and long-term organisational sustainability. She is a strong advocate for Aboriginal leadership and self-determination and is committed to strengthening Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services to improve health, wellbeing and economic outcomes for Kimberley communities.
