Julia has lived and worked on Yawuru country for the last 14 years and has worked in Workforce for 25 years across multiple industries. Julia originally hails from Wurundjeri country and is a crazy Carlton supporter. She is passionate about horse racing and her family

Julia is the Executive Manager Workforce at KAMS and provides strategic leadership across KAMS, Kimberley Renal Services, and KAMS Member Services in workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and workforce development. She oversees training and workforce development programs, including the KAMS ACCRTO, and ensures compliance with human resources, industrial relations, and work health and safety legislation.

Ms McIntyre demonstrates extensive senior leadership experience across public and private sectors, with a strong focus on organisational design, workforce strategy, and system implementation. She currently serves as Deputy Chairperson of North Regional TAFE, as an Executive Board Member of Community Skills WA, is Vice Chair of Broome Turf Club and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Her professional background includes senior roles with the Department of Sustainability and Environment, UCMS Group, Aegis Services Australia, and Citicorp Diners Club.

Julia holds a Master of Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Arts. Her strengths include client and relationship management, delivery through people, coaching and mentoring, and translating complex workforce and policy environments into practical organisational outcomes.
