KAMS provides a wide range of services and programs that support the health and wellbeing of Kimberley Aboriginal people and strengthen the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector.

- Information and Communications Technology (ICT) support
- Corporate services and compliance
- Accredited health training and workforce development
- Aboriginal-led health research and knowledge sharing
While KAMS plays a key regional advocacy and support role for its Member Services, it also delivers comprehensive, culturally safe primary health care services in the remote communities of Beagle Bay, Balgo, Mulan, and Billiluna.
In 2014, KAMS established Kimberley Renal Services (KRS) Pty Ltd to provide regional renal support and dialysis services in Broome, Derby, Kununurra, and Fitzroy Crossing. KRS also operates a Mobile Dialysis Unit, enabling Aboriginal people with end-stage kidney disease to receive care closer to home and Country.
