Through our ICT team, we maintain secure and reliable technology systems, including support for electronic health records, helpdesk services, and business continuity planning.
Our Finance team strengthens sustainability through budgeting, financial reporting, grant acquittals and compliance, while providing strategic advice to leadership.
KAMS also supports the workforce through HR and recruitment, employee relations, training and professional development, and work health and safety guidance.
Alongside this, our Sector Strengthening and Compliance function supports governance, quality systems, accreditation readiness and policy coordination; helping our sector stay strong, accountable, and ready for the future.
