Corporate & Clinical Support
KAMS delivers a broad range of services and programs to support our Member Services and improve the health and wellbeing of Kimberley Aboriginal people and communities.
Our Executive Management Team provides leadership and oversight across planning, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of KAMS programs and services. Grounded in the principles of community control and self-determination, KAMS works to build a strong, sustainable and unified Aboriginal Community Controlled Health sector across the Kimberley, including leading projects to transition remote health services to community control.
KAMS’ corporate and clinical support functions provide specialist expertise across governance, funding and contracts management, quality and compliance, infection prevention and control, workforce and infrastructure. Core support services include Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Finance, Human Resources, Strategic and Policy Services (SPS), quality improvement and accreditation, property management, and clinical safety systems.
Together, these services support our members to focus on delivering high-quality, culturally safe health care to their communities.
