KAMS’ Integrated Support Services bring together Population Health and Kimberley Supports to strengthen prevention, care and support across the Kimberley.
Working in partnership with our remote health centres, Member Services and regional Aboriginal Medical Services, we deliver culturally safe, community-led programs that improve health, wellbeing, independence and quality of life for Aboriginal people.
Through collaboration, prevention-focused approaches and strong local partnerships, Integrated Support Services supports people, families and communities to access the right supports, in the right place, at the right time
