KAMS supports strong and accountable service delivery through robust risk management, funding contract management and infection prevention and control.
We work closely with our teams and Member Services to identify, manage and mitigate organisational and clinical risks, ensuring safe, compliant and sustainable operations across the region.
Our funding contract management function supports the effective administration, monitoring and reporting of funding agreements, helping services meet obligations and maximise outcomes for communities.
Alongside this, KAMS provides leadership and coordination in infection prevention and control, strengthening policies, systems and workforce capability to protect the health and wellbeing of staff, patients and communities; particularly in remote and high-risk settings.
